WELCOME TO

‘La Pierre Verte’ is an enchanting 3 acre oak woodland with olive trees, an organic vegetable garden, free ranging chickens and a cat, big skies and lots of room to breathe. We are in the Languedoc region of southern France a few minutes drive from Uzès.

Experience a magical back-to-nature holiday, eating good food and wine, swimming in the pool (opens 1st June), relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a massage or facial, available on site for an additional cost.

This year we have three choices of accommodation, the original yurt and now we have added a wonderful, spacious bell tent, both perfect for families or groups. Third choice is the newly renovated ‘mazet’ which is a fully equipped, beautiful stone cottage for couples only.

We aim to give you a peaceful and beautiful place to unwind and enjoy nature.

We are very open to other practitioners/teachers/musicians coming to hire the site and run their own

courses/retreats/musical gatherings/school camps etc. 

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have an idea or proposal, we welcome new creative energies

onto the land with open arms.

Other useful information:

For larger families or those of you traveling in a group, we also have some smaller tents available for rent which can be pitched close to the yurt or bell tent (see PRICES page for costs).

Our nearest train stations are Nimes and Avignon. Our nearest airports are Nimes or Montpellier. 

We advise you to have your own means of transport whilst you’re here although it is not essential. Arpaillargues is a 10 minute walk away and Uzès an hours walk. We can arrange bike hire for you or there are car hire companies at both train stations and airports. We do not offer airport transfers but we are happy to book a taxi to meet you,

just let us know.
